no. the intern is not licensed to do anything. it reads public data, tells you what it could verify, and what it couldn’t. what you do after that is between you and your wallet.
where does the data come from?
public sources, checked the moment you ask: dexscreener for pairs, liquidity, age and links, and goplus for holders, the creator wallet and the contract scan. the intern also opens the token’s website and reads what it says about itself. anything it can’t check, like past launches or who’s behind a project, goes under “couldn’t verify.” solana tokens get the chart and website only for now.
can the intern be wrong?
yes. often enough that there’s a whole post format for it. when it’s wrong, it corrects itself in public with the receipts. see: intern fucked up.
what does $INTERN actually do?
coordination. anyone can use the basic intern. holders submit and prioritize what it builds and investigates next. that’s it. that’s the utility. if usage becomes real, economics come later, around real compute and real services.

why “intern” and not “protocol” / “agent” / “AI god”?
because everybody already knows what “give it to the intern” means. nobody knows what a protocol does. the joke works for meme traders, trenchers, devs, and researchers, and it doesn’t die if “AI coins” stop being the meta.
